Tapal
Connecting to PowerPoint…

Template library

One library for the whole company, by type. Numbers show xx and the text says what to write.

Create and maintain agendas

Linked copies share their text. Sync asks before changing any slide.

Titles, presenters, times and page references remain editable on the slide. Breaks are unnumbered. Set rows and breaks when creating a family; linked copies synchronise text.

No linked agendas loaded.

Tea landscapes

Photographs of African tea plantations, with horizontal and vertical crops.

Pinterest references

Six references found on Pinterest. Rights and full-resolution access are not confirmed; these links are for selection. Insertable photographs above have source and licence records.

Series colours

Per-bar labels and colours

Applies to the first series.

“Others” and “Total” always stay last.

Check the selected slide

Fonts, sizes, colours outside the Tapal palette, units, table headers and object boundaries.

Click a finding to select the shape. Safe fixes set Arial, Tapal red and light-grey table headers; they replace the slide in place, keep notes, and the Check runs again.

Other vertical arrows

Placed between columns, from the content start to the source area. Fully editable in PowerPoint.

Clean-up for the exported copy

PDF of the whole deck uses PowerPoint's own export: vector, with selectable text. A PDF of some slides uses the same export when PowerPoint provides it; otherwise it is built from PowerPoint's slide images with a searchable text layer. Files are named YYYYMMDD_deck_slideN-title.

Ready.
